The Response-page has the following noteworthy elemements:
GROUP RESPONSE
- Response is the first element in the "Where are we now?"-section.
- The conclusions are at the top of the page. Once you click a conclusion, the part below it shows evidence and links to other supporting pages and content.
- The first conclusion concerns the total response for the groups of respondents (e.g., the various roles, departments, and regions in the organization). Supporting data are the number of respondents, the date the last respondent came in, and the groups with the highest and lowest number of respondents.
- You will be brought to that group's virtual consultant if you click on an item in the table. Note that the table only shows five rows. The calls to action (CTAs; bullets 5 to 9) give access to all the required information.
- The CTA "What science says" gives you access to literature about the validity and reliability of PRAIORITIZE outcomes.
- "Download responses" allows you to download an Excel file with all input from respondents (personal information, answers to the questionnaire, and - if applicable - comments.
- The "Buddy Booster" is a group discussion format aimed at engaging the organization/team members to boost response.
- "Send a reminder" sends a reminder (duh...) to the group managers. The text for the reminder can be adjusted in My Audience > Design > Custom texts > Email content to group managers.
- With "Open the table", you open the tables at the bottom of the page to see all groups.
RESPONSE FROM INDIVIDUALS
The second conclusion on the response page is about individual respondents.
- The bar chart indicates the percentage of anonymous respondents against the PRAIORITIZE benchmark.
- Next, the percentage of respondents who have indicated (opt-in) that they do not mind sharing (exchanging!) knowledge about the topics in the questionnaire.
- And the percentage of respondents who completed the questionnaire.
- The CTA "Open the table" brings you to the table with all the respondents.
THE TABLE WITH ALL RESPONDENTS
This table pops up after clicking the "Open the table" CTA with conclusion #.2 on the Response page.
- To create space for the fields you are specifically interested in, you can resize the columns (click-&-drag your mouse pointer over the vertical dividing lines) or move them out of the way (click-&-drag the column 'out' of the table).
- Click on the column heading to sort alphabetically. The triangular icon in the column heading allows you to zoom in: select a group name or just start typing away.
- Click on a 'cell' in the table to immediately edit the entry.
- All your edits get an accent color.
- Click 'Save all changes' to save your edits.
- You can select one or more respondents (or all of them by clicking on the checkbox in the column header) .....
- ... because you want to send them their Personal Virtual Consultant ....
- ... or delete their response.
- Finally, the "Suspend"-option keeps respondents our of the analysis but without throwing their data away just that.
