Scientific research into the support of teams for a target set by their management has shown that in approximately 30% of the cases, the teams were aligned in their rejection of the management target. In other words, setting a target doesn't automatically mean it gets implemented. So, a wise manager will also consider the impact of a target on its support by the respondents. PRAIORITIZE uses advanced algorithms to calculate the support for the target by the respondents, and that support is summarized when comparing alternative improvement targets (1).
You'll find more details about that support when clicking the second conclusion on the "Target Setting"-page (2) and then by clicking on the "Call-to-action"-icon (3):
Three items on this page need your attention.
- The amount of support is given for each item in each group. All the role, all the departments, and so on.
- Support is summarized in:
FULL (the pie chart is 100% filled). Respondents are uniformly in agreement with the target.
SATISFACTORY (the pie chart is 75% full). Respondents are not in agreement as a group but accept the target.
LIMITED (50% full). Respondents are not in agreement as a group, nor do they like the target.
And NONE (25% full). Respondents are somewhat aligned in their rejection of the target. There are two options to approach this: confrontation or comprise. So, carefully weigh your next steps. - You can click on a column heading to sort the table with that column.
