PRAIORITIZE compares for each respondent the gap between that respondent’s actual situation and the target assigned to that respondent. That gap is represented by target answers on a couple of questions: the respondent's praiority list:

Having a target is not OK if a respondent doesn't know how to improve it. Hence, the "My praiority list"- screen comes to the rescue. This screen shows, per question, the respondent's actual situation and target. It provides some context about why the question is in the questionnaire in the first place. Then, the screen shows step-by-step how to improve when clicking the Expand button.
