PRAIORITIZE is not just about asking questions to managers and employees. It's even more about giving back. What should a team improve, how to improve and who can help whom? The three Virtual Consultants set-up pages in My Audiences help you to specify the content of the Virtual Consultant you give back.
PRAIORITIZE distinguishes three different Virtual Consultants (VCs).
- The Global Virtual Consultant is for the Assessment Owner. It contains the input of all respondents and the aggregated advice given to all groups.
- The Group Virtual Consultant is identical to the Global VC. It only contains the aggregated scores of - and advice to - one role (say, all innovation managers), department (everyone in Marketing), or another group.
- The Personal Virtual Consultant is directed to the individual respondent and has a simpler structure than the Global/Group VCs.
Global/Group Virtual Consultant settings
- The upper left of the Global/Group Virtual Consultant is automatically filled with: Assessment title, number of questions, number of respondents, and so on.
- The navigation menu consists of three parts (Analyze, Improve, and Get It Done) showing a lower hierarchical level (Analyze has been expanded while Improve and Get It Done remain collapsed).
- The tiles are shortcuts to the pages/graphs you deem most important.
- The interpretation section is tied to the tiles: the more tiles you enable, the more bullets there are in this section. Note: a tile linking to a graph does not have a bullet in this section. The interpretation is done automatically and can't be configured.
- These icons allow the Virtual Consultant's manager to view some demo videos or forward this Virtual Consultant to other people.
Selecting the items for the navigation menu
There are two Group Virtual Consultant layouts:
- The Tile View is shown above
- The Stats view is discussed in the Assessment part of this online manual
- The Toggle view shows both layouts and a button to switch between the two.
For the Tile View there are the following options (please have a look at the "USING THE VIRTUAL CONSULTANTS"-section in this online manual):
Selecting the tiles
The second VC option in My Audiences is where you select the tiles. There are more tiles than navigation menu options: the individual graphs (like the Grid Map and the Gap Map) have dedicated tiles as well.
