My Praiority List
The difference between the respondent's actual score and the target is reflected in the Praiority List. It shows the questions in the sequence they appear in the questionnaire (1), and you can check how many priorities there are in total (2). Click on improvement steps (3) to see the details on how to move from one answer to another.
The improvement page looks like this:
- The target icon indicates the target answer.
- The improvement steps are clearly separated into how to move from answer 1 to answer 2 and from answer 2 to answer 3.
- If added to the toolbox, there can be links to additional content, such as YouTube videos, intranet pages, or LinkedIn profiles.
My Buddies
The personalised version of the Buddy Map in the Global and Group Virtual Consultants. Obtain a visual representation of one's network of friends (1), and verify the percentage of improvements required from the target for which colleagues can be asked for help (2): here, that is 100%, or for every question that Rahul needs to improve, there is a colleague who already scores the target answer and can provide suggestions.
Rahul can select a question (3) and see which colleagues he can ask for help (4) for each question. By clicking the respondent's icon, Rahul can see which other questions he can discuss with that colleague (5). And Rahul just needs to click the "Send email" button to contact that colleague (6).
