In MY ACCOUNT, the General profile maintains your registration data and some preferential settings.
You arrive at MY ACCOUNT via the 'hamburger'-menu (1) in the upper right of any Toolbox page and then click on My Account (2).
The "MY ACCOUNT" page covers the following items:
- Your first name, last name, and email address. Your first name, last name, and job title will appear as the signature in some default texts.
- You can upload your photo or avatar to personalize your toolbox or Personal Virtual Consultant (the latter to facilitate knowledge sharing).
- You can change your login password, a standard functionality.
- Your logo is automatically uploaded as the default logo in any Audience you create. That logo is then used to automatically set the colors in MY AUDIENCE > LOOK & FEEL.
- Your default language is automatically used in MY QUESTIONNAIRES and MY AUDIENCES.
- Most toolbox pages have been divided into a "BASIC"- and an "ADVANCED"-section. Every field in the "ADVANCED" section has default settings or is filled with PRAIORITIZE's artificial intelligence. Hence, you must fill the "BASIC"-section and leave the "ADVANCED"-section to PRAIORITIZE.
- If you work for a longer period on a specific part of the toolbox, say, on Questionnaires, you might like to quickly access the desired toolbox section when you log in. This drop-down menu allows you to set the default start-up page.
- A few PRAIORITIZE functions (like the Follow-On Projects and the business case for knowledge sharing) use monetary values. You can select your default currency here.
