PRAIORITIZE is all about people giving answers to questions. And usually, the Assessment Owner would like to know who answered what. After all, that's how a Personal Virtual Consultant and personalized advice can be given to the rightful owner. Consequently, "privacy-by-design" lies at the core of PRAIORITIZE. There are several ways to set up the right mix of privacy and information gathering. Here are some examples of best practices.
Don't make fields mandatory.
Only in particular cases is it necessary to make fields mandatory. But our best experience is leaving the "MAKE THIS FIELD MANDATORY" buttons unchecked. That relieves the pressure; generally, 85% of respondents will give their name and email address anyway.
Use the privacy settings in My Assessments.
There are some additional privacy settings in My Assessments > General Settings. The corresponding page is here in PRAIORITIZE Help.
Respondents can modify their answers ...
Respondents have access to their answers in the Personal Virtual Consultant (PVC). That means they can always change their answers or delete all their answers. In the PVC, click "My Answers" (1) > next click on "Edit My Response" (2) and then browse to the answers given by the respondent (3).
... or ask their managers to remove them altogether
The manager should go to the Global/Group Virtual Consultant > Response > Click on the second conclusion > Click the "Open the table"-icon (1) > select the employee(s) (2) > and click on "DELETE SELECTED":
