Our scientific research consistently highlights that everyone does something right. Consequently, everyone needs to improve in something else. Enter the Buddy Map: who can help whom to improve with what?
- The visual shows how many respondents can help to share knowledge ...
- ... and how much of the target can be covered by talking to a colleague.
- The network below gives a glimpse of how the body map looks like.

You can click on an individual respondent to see more details (1). In this example, we examine an employee named Rahul. He can provide colleagues with help on ten questions, but needs help with another five questions (2). Giving help means that we calculated that Rahul's actual score is equal to the target score on ten questions. Needing help means that we calculated that Rahul's actual score is below the target score on five other questions. Additionally, PRAIORITIZE also calculated that there is demand for help for the questions where Rahul is on target, and that there are colleagues who can help Rahul on questions where he is still below target.
You can check more details on the exact knowledge sharing between Rahul on colleagues by by clicking on the "Go to the Personal Virtual Consultant"-button (3). That would give way to Rahul's PVC:
