The Toolbox home page shows the usual structure where a Questionnaire and an Audience are combined into an Assessment:
Suppose you are a consultancy firm with a fantastic Questionnaire about how to work with Agile. A Questionnaire that could benefit many different organizations. After all, working the Agile way does not differ all that much among organizations. In PRAIORITIZE, you can have multiple Audiences connect to that single Questionnaire:
A single edit in the Questionnaire - like a Question or a new improvement step - is immediately visible in all the Assessments' Virtual Consultants. In our example above, the consultancy firm with the Questionnaire on Agile might have hundreds, if not thousands, of employees that have answered the Assessment and have received their Personal Virtual Consultant. Say the consultancy firm adds some new insights on improving specific Questions in the Questionnaire. These new insights immediately pop up at the Personal Virtual Consultants of these hundreds/thousands of employees.
TIP: The above example allows consultancy firms - and others - to offer knowledge subscriptions. The firm keeps track of the Questionnaire's topic and updates the Questionnaire with new insights. By doing so, their clients (each represented in an Audience) always have the latest knowledge at the managers' and employees' fingertips.
