The Toolbox consists of four components: Questionnaires, Audiences, Assessments, and Virtual Consultants.
- The Questionnaire is WHAT you ask. Obviously, the Questionnaires contain the questions and answers. However, a set of questions and answers alone cannot give advice. It needs to be enriched to do so. Therefore, you need new items (probably for you) like "maturity levels" and "improvement steps". You will read more about these add-ons in the "My Questionnaires" section of this guide.
TIP: The artificial intelligence in PRAIORITIZE creates these add-ons for you. After all, it's very specialized work. But ... feel free to enrich these add-ons as you see fit or replace them with your own content.
- The Audience is WHO you ask. You use the Audience to customize the design elements (such as a logo and colors) that personalize the assessment. Furthermore, your Audience needs to be addressed in a certain way, which requires a certain configuration of their Virtual Consultants. And it's the audience where you upload the organization's organigram (organization chart) in order to give every manager their personalized virtual consultant
- The combination of a Questionnaire and an Audience forms an Assessment. The Assessment allows further customization to further tune the Questionnaire to the Audience. It's the place where you manage assessment-specifics like knowledge sharing, and email reminders (nudging).
- Once respondents start to come in, the virtual consultant automatically analyzes the results and gives advice in return.
TIP: You can link a questionnaire to multiple audiences/assessments, but only one audience/assessment to a questionnaire. The reason for that is simple. You can, for example, have a questionnaire for a specific ICT standard. But the audiences will be different because every organization might be structured slightly differently, needs to be addressed in a different tone of voice, and has a different person signing off on the introduction and thank-you texts. The cool thing is that you only have to update the questionnaire once and those edits are immediately visible in all the dashboards of all the audiences related to that questionnaire.
The left navigation column
The toolbox main navigation is always present in the left-most yellow column. Seven icons help you on your way:
- The "HOME" button brings you to the opening page of the toolbox.
- The Virtual Intake allows you to enter a prompt and get a fully configured virtual consultant at your disposal.
- The third icon brings you to the 'My Questionnaires' section.
- The fourth icon to the 'My Audiences' section.
- The fifth one to the 'My Assessments' overview
- The sixth icon gives direct access to all the global and group dashboards.
- The seventh icon gives access to context-sensitive help. So, assume you are somewhere in the toolbox: clicking the "?" Icon will open the related page in in our help section.
Save your work
Almost all pages of the Toolbox have a "SAVE ALL" button in the upper right of the screen. This button has two colors. When you open a page, the button will be grey. Once you start typing or clicking, the button turns green (My Questionnaires), purple (My Audiences), pink (My Assessments), and yellow (My Account). Once you click the "SAVE ALL" button, your changes will be saved, and the buttons turn grey again.
