The Virtual Intake

You can access the virtual intake by clicking on the icon in the yellow, left-most navigation column (1).



Next, you can define your business issue in a text box. Similar to a language model like ChatGPT or Claude, you just enter a prompt that describes your business issue (2). Alternatively, you can use one of the predefined prompts (3). 

Then you can change the structure of the Virtual Consultant by editing the number of topics, of subtopics, and questions (4). For example, if you want to structure the Virtual Consultants questionnaire according to a four-angle model, you can increase the number of topics to four. Or you have a model with seven chapters: you might want to increase the number of subtopics to seven. Next, you can select the language of your choice. Finally, click on the "GENERATE" button (5) and PRAIORITIZE will make a complete assessment, including a questionnaire and audience, all the settings to give advice, and it will also add some dummy respondents to immediately have graphs and tables that make sense.

Once you have clicked on "GENERATE", PRAIORITIZE shows you this waiting screen:

 

This may take a few minutes dependent on the number of questions you have asked to generate. PRAIORITIZE is not only os making the questionnaire but also adding all the AI Add-ons to enable the virtual consultant to give personalized advice in return. When PRAIORITIZE is done calculating, you will see this screen:

 


 

  1. Click the "PREVIEW" button to get an overview of the questionnaire.
     
  2. You can edit the questionnaire and related settings by clicking on the green "ALL SETTINGS" button.
     
  3. That is also true for the Audience. 
     
  4. In the Assessment section, you can immediately start answering the questionnaire with the "ANSWER YOURSELF" option.
     
  5. The dashboards are partly ready (the two colored tiles) and partly under construction (the two tiles) in grayscale. For these letter tiles prioritize is taking some additional minutes to create the maturity model and the improvement steps for the Virtual Consultant and the audit proof point for the Virtual Auditor.
     
  6. If you click on the green all settings button, you'll notice that PRAIORITIZE is still taking these few minutes to finish stuff after which you can start editing:
