There are three ways how you can create a Questionnaire. First, click on the 'Plus'-icon in the "My Questionnaires" overview page:
Then, you will find three options to create a Questionnaire:
- START WITH AN BLANK SLATE
You want to build a questionnaire step-by-step? Or do you already have a questionnaire you would like to use in PRAIORITIZE? Then, this option is the way to go. But do not worry! Even if you build a questionnaire one question at a time, PRAIORITIZE is there to help you along the way with A.I. support. - CHECK FOR READY-TO-USE ASSESSMENTS IN THE PRAIORITIZE STORE
The store has over 1.000 questionnaire titles for you. Browse and download freely the questionnaires of your choice to your "My Questionnaires"-overview. After downloading the questionnaire of your choice, you're free to add, edit, and/or delete questions and other settings.
After all, you know best what to ask your respondent audience. The questionnaires you download from the store not only contain the questionnaire itself but also the "A.I. add-ons" that elevate the questionnaire into an advice-giving assessment.
TIP: If you add, edit, and/or delete parts of the questionnaire, you should rerun the "A.I. add-ons" to complete the questionnaire again. - JUST ENTER A FEW KEYWORDS AND LET THE A.I. DO THE WORK
Say, you cannot find exactly what you need in the store. Or, building a questionnaire is too much work, or you might feel you do not have all the qualifications or experience to select the right topics. The "Lost for Words" option just requires a few (usually 4 to 8) keywords and produces a complete set of questions and answers. Also, here, you're free to add, edit, and/or delete questions and other settings.
It might take a few minutes for artificial intelligence to create a high-quality questionnaire including the add-ons. Until the questionnaire is ready to use, you will see this message:
You will receive an email notification once PRAIORITIZE is done creating.
TIP: Once you're done editing, run the "A.I. add-ons" to complete the questionnaire into an advice-giving assessment.
