There are many ways in which PRAIORITIZE supports you in creating a Questionnaire. But it's always the same "HELP ME PRAIORITIZE"-button that alerts you that help is on its way. Let's begin at the level of the Topics.
Help with defining Topics

Assume you need some inspiration to understand what Topics you might want to ask your Audience about. Just click on the "HELP ME PRAIORITIZE"-button, and a popup with suggestions appears:
The default setting is that PRAIORITIZE starts its suggestions based on the Questionnaire title and Topics you have indicated. If you do not actively click that you want suggestions based on your own search terms, PRAIORITIZE will automatically start producing suggestions for new Topics. Alternatively, you can click "SUGGEST AGAIN" for a fresh list of suggestions or click "CANCEL" to return to the list of Topics.
You can select one or more Topics by selecting them (like "Process" and "Delivery Responsibility"), and the selected topics will automatically be added to the list:
Help with Sub-Topics and Questions
Getting suggestions for Topics works identically for Sub-Topics. Suggestions for Questions, however, do not have the " ... my own search terms"-option and also feature a slightly different pop-up:
You choose Questions one by one rather than several at the same time. When you click "ADD THIS QUESTION," the Question is automatically added to the list:
If you click "SHOW ME NEXT," the visible Question is not used, and you will proceed to the next suggestion. If you click "DONE," the question is added to the list, and you will exit the pop-up menu. If you click "CANCEL," you just close the pop-up.
Help with improvement steps
The Question format that PRAIORITIZE uses also allows adding improvement steps: how to move from one answer to the next and better answer? If you click "HELP ME PRAIORITIZE," you will get five improvement suggestions and often a link to a YouTube movie as well:
If you have a question with three answers, you do have two improvement possibilities. How to improve from Answer 1 to Answer 2 and how to improve from Answer 2 to Answer 3? When you click "HELP ME PRAIORITIZE," the improvement steps and YouTube movie for Answers 1 to 2 and for Answers 2 to 3 are created in one go.
