PRAIORITIZE is not just about asking questions to managers and employees. It's even more about giving back. What should a team improve, how to improve, and who can help whom? The three Virtual Consultants set up pages in My Audiences help you to specify the content of the Virtual Consultant you give back.
PRAIORITIZE distinguishes among three types of Virtual Consultants (VCs).
- The Global Virtual Consultant is for the Assessment Owner. It contains the responses from all respondents and the aggregated advice for all groups.
- The Group Virtual Consultant is identical to the Global VC. It only contains the aggregated scores of - and advice to - one role (say, all innovation managers), department (everyone in Marketing), or another group.
- The Personal Virtual Consultant is directed to the individual respondent and has a simpler structure than the Global/Group VCs.
And similarly for the Virtual Auditors
There are two different Virtual Auditors:
- There is the Global Virtual Auditor that summarizes how the Group Virtual Auditors are auditing.
- And there is the Group Virtual Auditor where the auditing takes place.
- So, there is NO Personal Virtual Auditor.
The Key Info is about 'the host'.
The Virtual Consultant is not a robot but a digital twin of a flesh-and-blood human. This person can be someone from the consultancy firm, the organization's change manager, the CEO, or another executive. Here is how this person's data becomes visible in the Global and Group dashboards' Journey view:
- Choose between Journey View and Dashboard View.
- Introduction sentence.
- Upload a photo.
- Clicking on the text balloon opens a personal contact card.
This page in My Audiences helps to set the data about this person:
- Contact data, including email address, telephone number, and LinkedIn profile.
- Upload the person's photo.
- The predefined sentences that appear in various locations in the dashboards can also be modified to your liking.
