In an assessment, there are several ways you communicate with your respondents. These texts include the invitation text with which you invite respondents to answer the assessment, texts within the assessment, and emails to managers and respondents about their Virtual Consultants. PRAIORITIZE has already pre-filled these text boxes:
Textbox options
The text boxes for assessment texts and emails have many formatting options:
- This textbox creates the invitation email with which you can invite your audience. Hence, there is a separate placeholder for your email subject line.
- With the "INSERT"-button you can insert the link to the assessment, which is later automatically added by PRAIORITIZE once you have combined the Questionnaire and the Audience into the Assessment.
- Other examples of shortcodes. The first and last names are combined into a 'Mailto:'-link. Once the respondents open the invitation email and click this first or last name, PRAIORITIZE automatically opens the respondents' default email editor and creates an email to the person referred to in the 'Mailto:'-link. After all, the closing line is "Please feel free to email me in case of questions."
- Clicking the icons in the navigation bar opens a second navigation bar with (shown here) the text formatting options.
- The 'LINK'-icon allows you to select the text that, when clicked in the email, links to additional material like, e.g., the YouTube movie of the CEO explaining the reason for the assessment.
- Otherwise, you can paste a movie directly into the text with the "MOVIE"-icon
Changing the language
If you change the language setting of the Audience (in Audience > Define respondents > Set language for the Virtual Consultants), these custom texts will be overwritten by de default text in that other language.
Personalizing the texts
With shortcodes, like {{AssessmentOwnerFirstName}}, you can personalize texts and emails. Almost all shortcodes require just a click from the menu above the textbox (1.), like:
In PRAIORITIZE Help, there is a dedicated page with all the shortcodes.
