After you have created a new Assessment, you arrive at the "GENERAL SETTINGS"-page.
- Your Assessment title appears here. Feel free to edit the title later on.
- The underlying Questionnaire can be directly accessed with the "EDIT..."-button.
- Ditto for the Audience.
- Your Assessment isn't launched yet, but you can preview the result. Please feel free to click away: in Preview, your answers won't be stored, but you won't use any credits.
- The Logbook keeps track of the status of the Assessment (created, launched, closed, or reopened).
Privacy settings
There are 4 privacy(-related) settings:
- Respondents can, by default, return to the Assessment and modify their answers. For example, when they are improving through the answers. However, there are situations where one-time access is required, and no person can modify the answers previously given by the respondent, including the respondent himself.
- With this option checked, all graphs with the Global-/Group Virtual Consultants will have names omitted. Only the respondents can see their answers on their Personal Virtual Consultants.
- Respondents might be interrupted when answering the Assessment. With this option checked, respondents can close the Assessment and, when they click on the invitation link, get back to the exact page where they left off. Would this option be disabled, the respondent would now arrive again at the start of the Assessment, and would another respondent credit be used. This option is disabled in case of a 'kiosk'-situation: for example, in a hospital ward where one computer serves more than one person. Then, a respondent shouldn't see the answers of the previous respondent, and should the overwriting of these earlier answers be prevented.
- When setting improvement targets, PRAIORITIZE uses a maturity model. Respondents can be assigned a maturity level as an individual improvement target in certain cases. For example, when the assessment is about adopting Microsoft's Office 365. Respondents who achieve level 1 have level 2 as the target, those who achieve level 2 have level 3 as the target, and so on. But when the Assessment is about creating a culture of innovation, for example, the target is valid for the organization as a whole. In such a case the "EVERY RESPONDENT THEIR OWN LEVEL TARGET"-option should be disabled.
